  • Consume 2 to 3 times a day with a little vinegar in water.
  • Avoid allergenic foods.
  • Drink enough water to keep the body hydrated.
  • Breathing exercises etc

Early use of drops or sprays can be very effective in treating other symptoms including nasal congestion. The following steroid drops are used for Johns Hopkins as per the doctor’s instructions. For example:

  • Budesonide
  • Mometasone
